Your responsibilities will include:
- Source the most suitable partners around Europe including hotels, restaurants, local guides, experiences and transportation for group trips
- Build very strong relationships with prospective and current suppliers
- Identify new business partners
- Settle accounts
- Gather feedback from travelers and trip leaders on performance
- Quality control of services to meet standards and KPIs
- Prepare and assist with weekly sales, eCommerce, performance reports
- Other duties as required and assigned
Qualities appropriate for this position:
- Enrolled student (preferably in tourism, economics, business, or trade)
- Ability to commit 35 hours per week
- Travel experience and passionate about travel
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- German, Italian & Spanish are favorable, but not required
- Ability to understand and work with other cultures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem solving mind-set
- Self-driven and flexible
- Ability to make decisions autonomously
- Highly sociable and energetic
